Other raja sic qualities are anger, euphoria, anxiety, fear, irritation, worry, restlessness, stress, courage, rumination, determination, chaos.

If human age is 80 years, 40 years will be in sleep. If we work 14hrs per day.  In that 20 years will be for education and settlement (+5), so remaining 15 years (40-25=15). So we are utilizing only 15 years.  Human’s life is very short on earth.  So mindfulness is important.

11). Does eating non-veg good or not? What about normal people.

After eating nonveg, Let us assume if you ate vegetarian food, That effect will work on not only physical body , Impact will be on all body’s(astral,etheric,physical etc.,). If we keep on eating non veg we will start thinking like animal, so it’s better to stop eating non-veg if you are in yoga path. In master cvv yoga heat will be zenrate in body, Offenly we should drink buttermilk to bring coolness to body. And also you are few step away became divine state.

Normal people: If they don’t want to practice yoga, they can eat Non Vegetarian. Like someone said other kingdoms cannot eat both nonveg and veg, only humans can eat both.

Same will be applied for what we See, Listen and also eat, we should see, listen and Eat always good things only.
